Payment Options
Most jobs are C.O.D. (See below for exceptions). Our preferred method of payment is cash or check. Checks do not need to be certified. We accept personal, business, out of state & estate checks. We do not accept checks made out to cash. All checks must be made payable to Consider It Done. We will kindly accept Visa & Mastercard as well. Should you choose to pay by credit card, our supervisors all have wireless charge card terminals and will swipe your card and get your signature.
We DO NOT require a deposit, nor do we ask for any money or payment "up front". Once the cost is determined and you are comfortable with the cost, you will simply be asked to initial an authorization for our crew to begin at the agreed upon price. We will collect payment at the completion of the job once you have initialed that the job is complete and you are satisfied.
You may also make arrangements to have the payment included in the closing costs/statement if your home is under contract and is scheduled to close within 4 -6 weeks of the day we complete the job. We will need a letter faxed from the responsible party's attorney with the following information: Address of property The name of the responsible party The scheduled date of closing A guarantee that the total cost will be included in the closing statement and a check will be mailed to us no later than the day following the closing. The total cost will be determined at completion of the job and your signed copy of the bill will be faxed to the attorney no later than the day following the job.
Scheduling Information
Once you've received a price or estimate from us, give us a call to get scheduled. Our service days are Monday through Saturday and our service hours are 7am until all jobs are complete.
On the day before your scheduled pick up, we will call you between 3pm and 6pm to let you know what time we will be there.
We will give you a 3-4 hour time window between 7am and 6pm within which to expect arrival of the truck(s) on your scheduled day.
If you have time restrictions or preferences, we will do our best to work around them.* In most cases, we are able to work within your needs and will accommodate special circumstances.
If you are not available when we call the day before with your appointment time, we will leave messages on whichever phone numbers you instruct us to. Should you be scheduled for the 1st stop of the day, we will ask that you call our After Hours phone number (732-300-2201) and leave a message confirming that you will be available.
On your scheduled day, the driver will call you about 20 - 30 mins. prior to their arrival time. In most cases, the driver will give you more notice. It is our policy that we do speak with you at this time so we can be certain that someone will be at the property when our truck arrives, so please be sure to answer your phone during the window of time that you are scheduled for.
When we arrive, the supervisor will take a look at everything that you want them to take away and will explain the cost to you prior to loading.
When they are finished loading, the supervisor will double check with you to make sure that they have taken everything you wanted gone.
Once you are satisfied that the job is complete, the supervisor will explain the charges on your receipt and get your approval once again.
